About Our Eggs
Our hens are some of the best layers around, and it shows in every egg. They spend their days out on pasture doing what chickens do best — scratching, foraging, and soaking up the sunshine on our Hudson Valley farm.
The difference is obvious the moment you crack one open: deep golden yolks, rich flavor, and a freshness you simply can't get from the grocery store. Our eggs are collected daily and available the same day at our self-serve eggmobile.
We raise our hens without antibiotics or hormones, and they're fed a natural diet supplemented with local grain. Healthy, happy hens produce the best eggs — it's that simple.
