Our turkeys spend their days on open pasture, fed local grain alongside everything they forage themselves. They're processed at a USDA facility the weekend before Thanksgiving and available fresh for pickup at the farm during Thanksgiving week.
$45 deposit per bird · $8.00/lb dressed weight (CSA members $7.00/lb) · birds typically run 8–30 lbs
